when i went to mike keens funeral it did give me a rare fanbulous time bnecause there was mark lazarus and rod marsh and tony hazel all left at the end of the wake so normally i would never reeally get a chance to speak to three rangers legends in such an intamate enviroment, marky was my dads favourite and because i have massive interest in spiritual healing i was really trying to syncronize with mark and i honestly felt my deceased father was involved in the converations but old lazzer still has those amazing piercing blue eyes he may be over seventy but he looked fabulous and very smartly dressed he was in charge of all the jokes and led all the funny stories, rodney was my favorrite player of all time but rodney seemed very subdued the occaision had obviously overpowerd him and he looked like he just wanted to go home and cry but then when we come to tony hazel i had never had any respect for him as a player except that home game against forest when he hit a 35 yard strike into the top right hand corner but as i engaged him in conversation i couldnt believe how elequently spoken tony was he was one of the most intelegeant conversationalists ive ever met and i kind of fell in love with him that day and i felt guilty of all the times i had shouted NO NO HAZEL TAKE THE BALL NOT THE MAN he had told me that his origional position was a center half i always though he was naturally a right back but if you read these message boards tony love you geezer you made the whole event so much more fun,and i wont judge a book by its cover again but i think you would have made a marvelous manager shame you didnt get into a pro club like gareth has done at wycombe
