Not sure how reliable tribal football is as a source(do they have any history of accurate shouts?).

Last year Lambert said that he wouldn't risk bringing in a player from another football culture because as a newly promoted team we couldn't cope with the time they would take to adapt. I must admit I do expect a slight change in transfer policy this summer as this clearly doesn't apply now. Our current players can cope in the premier league so a new signing wont have to be ready to start the first game!
