Sorry to mention it, but has anyone remembered we are playing Yeovil on Saturday??!! I know we have had a few 'off the field distractions' shall we say, but we are all on here because we support LUFC. Can we start talking about football matters, just for a while maybe??? No references to takeovers, sackings or Italian related posts please! I will start the ball rolling....... do you think we we play with the same starting XI as we did against 'Udders?? Will we pasta the ball like we did on Saturday?? (sorry couldnt resist it! )
Wehey a football topic, No excuses we should go and muller them, Ross is on fire, Can austin play away? Should be a pizza piss, Sorry for that
Played 2. Drawn 1 Won 1 Lets focus on a good run of form & consign the previous 8 games to history! A winning streak will begin to build the teams confidence, but we shouldnt get carried away, after all..................... Rome wasnt built in a day!!
The game is in doubt. Rumours circulate that we owe the coach company and holiday inn large sums and they are issuing winding up petitions today. ( not really)
Was anyone at the Huddersfield game? I read afterwards we could have been 3-0 down at half time and we only had 6 shots on target and 5 went in. Did we play well or did the scoreline flatter? In all the fuss and the 5-1 final scoreline the performance at the time seemed insignificant
Ristac, I went and must agree, if Ross had not scored in first half injury time we all thought we were in for another thumping. Yes we could have been 0-3 by half time. Once we got in front they just apart. But hey thats football.
Anyone feel that if we bomb at Yeovil, it may show that last week was just a flash in the pan and BigMac could face a Malky-Tan situation? Possibly best thing that could happen is game postponed due to waterlogged pitch!
What's not helping the finances is the weird fixture list that sees us go till the 8/3 before another home game... It's a conspiracy I tell thee.
Might get called off yet due to the bad weather. Was a tweet about covers on the pitch not staying put
Morning from sunny Mumbai. No guaranteegame will occur due to rain. But Smith to start, Kebe and our other winger to start. Balls in the box for Smith to lay on a plate for Ross to finish off. 3-1 Leeds
