Anyone else see the footage of Yaya's kick? If McGregor got a three game ban for his kick then surely Toure does as well?

The difference is the frankly ridiculous rule of "the referee didn't see it".

Which means it has to go to a panel.

A player could kick someones head off and if the player only gets a booking then he won't face further punishment. That needs changing IMO.

Both petulant and needless things to do that, the rule book says, are not allowed. If the F.A. decide to look at it then he will get a ban because its not in the rules.

    Petty, but rules are rules.

I will say that Wolfswinkle is a **** for his reaction.

He'd get laughed at on a Sunday league pitch.

Oh I know but that's my point. Since the ref didn't see it I think it is going to a tribunal so there's every chance he'll get the 3 game ban.

    Wolfs shop

Why does the word "fact" have to be in capitals? Does that indicate the "fact" is bullshit? :)

Yeah, silly that if the Referee had given a freekick or a booking then no action could be taken against him.

    That rule needs to change.

Yeah agreed, just because it's meant to protect the ref, it's a bit stupid and precious.

Bit irrelevant but I noticed on the highlights Van Wolfswinkel had a Proschwitz moment yesterday where he completely turned his back on a ball that was probably 60-40 in his favour and then complained when Johnson I think it was, won it back and didn't pass to him. Made me think no wonder he's had 4 shots on target all season.
