    BBC Sport are reporting Xisco has returned to Deportivo. Terms are unconfirmed, but I'd expect it to be a loan with option to buy, as these are in vogue.

    We now have only Carroll, Ameobi, Best and Ranger for forwards; we cannot lose the first of that list unless somone amazing, like Benzema, is signed as a replacement immediately.
