Is this guy in Warnock's plans? He started in our first pre season match for 45 minutes, and scored to boot! Since then he's been on the subs bench, with late appearances of 22, 25, 11,11, then 4 minutes. His contribution is visibly getting less & less. Anyone know what's behind this? Is he injured? Has he been really rubbish? Do we have creative wingers that are better then him? WTF? I ask these questions because Warnock has stated that he needs to sign a winger, but we seem to have one that he doesn't use. Bit puzzling for me. Anyone got any answers? (Btw, haven't seen enough of him to be a fan yet. Just genuinely curious about the situation).
Has been recovering from injury, hopefully he will be match fit by 18th, looks like a talent that needs to settle and be loved to gain confidence
I would imagine he just isn't up to it Whitejock - Even the youngsters have been getting more game time. If it was a fitness issue I am sure he would have played again after his initial 45 minute opener.
Think Colin's just trying to get a look at all his options, certainly I don't think TRR's done his chances any harm.
WJ - I was thinking the same when he came on on Saturday. Didn't get any game time, but the one touch he had, he also lost the ball too easily. It may be that we don't see much of this lad before he slopes off to Aldershot in the January transfer window
