as everyday goes past we are being put in a worse situation and it doesnt seem to be getting better!!!! -We are losing 2 of our world class players and now we only have 2 left now in Jack and RVP -I have heard today that AW has said were not going for Juan Mata and hes not gonna explain why cos he doesnt have to "We will not do (a deal for) Juan Mata. I don't have to give a reason," -Were not going to be going for Jadson "We are nowhere near on Jadson. We are not talking to Shakhtar about him," -Our manager is lying to us, taking the piss out of the fans -Almunia, Bendtner and Squillaci are still at the club -Our biggest problem from the past 5 seasons has still not been sorted out, no new defenders mainly cos he doesnt want to pay the 1 or 2 million extra -we apparently have a too big squad "Do we want to buy? I don't know because at the moment we have too big a squad, we have too many players," -we r hearing the same rubbish we hear every year at this tim "We feel we were very close last year and that we can improve from what we achieved last year. We will be in there, don't worry." Because we are a young team and a young team can only get better." -Aw says we had a good season last year "We have not won a trophy but have been consistently in the top four. Our target is to qualify for the [Group Stage] then we will have been 15 or 16 years on the trot in the Champions League [proper]. WTF is going on...........
I can understand that AW would like to keep matters of transfers close to his chest or perhaps he's found another bargain........ Like you I was concerned by what he said yesterday ( see my thread ) but he has brought in some players with a lot of promise. It's just a position or two which he needs to address and like you, I hope hope he does and soon.
