Ferguson has now come out and said he disagrees with Roberts, the Reading player's decision not to wear his 'Kick Out Racism' T shirt because of too much leniency being displayed by the FA. Could someone please tell me what the fu.king hell it's got to do with him? Why can't he keep his Dong-like nose out of it?
Agreed RHC, and why isn't he advising his own player to do the same? [h=1]"Anton and Rio Ferdinand expected to join Jason Roberts in 'Kick it Out' T-shirt boycott"[/h]Brothers Anton and Rio Ferdinand are expected to join Jason Roberts in leading a black player boycott of this weekend's anti-racism campaign in the Premier League. Queens Park Rangers' Anton and Rio, the Manchester United please log in to view this image defender, plan to refuse to wear Kick It Out T-shirts in protest at the Football Association's handling of the John Terry affair. I reckon Fergie has told Rio that he has to wear it. There is a mail article now stating that Rio will be wearing the t-shirt http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...Out-campaign-Rio-Ferdinand-wears-t-shirt.html
Actually I'm glad he has. He's at least consistent (mouthing about everything lol) but if you actually listen to what he said (pedestal quote) he's finally agreeing with us that This has been more about Roberts self aggrandisement than Roberts backing kicking racism out of football. I listened to him (Roberts) on 5 live yesterday and it was all me me me. He trips himself up however; he goes on about the abuse he has personally faced so my question is? Why has he hid behind guys like Evra(despite the when's & how's of his complaint) who had the balls to stand up to what they believed was racism against them. Where's Roberts official complaints? In fact would anyone know his name if he hadn't been the self appointed black spokesman for the BBC since the Suarez affair? And now, when both players have been punished he is making the stand against the one group (kick it out)that takes an official stand (who have no powers & just symbolic with their community work) Interesting that the black players that have actually done a lot of work in this area are criticising him today. So I have to agree with Fergie or I'd be contradicting myself....
Outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How dare he answer a question at his press conference? How, the ****, dare he?????????????????????
