QPR site, bbc site and sky site showing bottom of table like this. Hope they are wrong or even more depressed.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought that was wrong. QPR are only 6 adrift, not 8.

It matters not anyway. It will only matter when and if we start winning games. Until then why worry what those above us have. We won't catch them in any case.

The BBC hate us so much that they are giving other teams free points! or maybe they are psychics.

Reading have demonstrated with a run of wins and a few draws how you can quickly move up the table. Even their FA Cup results have been good, yet many here slag them off as a Championship team. Their 3-2 win against WBA, coming back late from 2 goals down, has inspired the team in similar fashion to our experience against Liverpool last season (those 5 home wins, even though our away form was terrible).

Sat 2 Feb Reading 2-1 Sunderland
Wed 30 Jan Reading 2-2 Chelsea
Sat 26 Jan FA Cup Reading 4-0 Sheff Utd
Sat 19 Jan Newcastle 1-2 Reading
Sat 12 Jan Reading 3-2 West Brom
Sat 5 Jan FA Cup Crawley 1-3 Reading
Tue 1 Jan Tottenham 3-1 Reading
Sat 29 Dec Reading 1-0 West Ham
Wed 26 Dec Reading 0-0 Swansea

My god have they had some luck though! Should have been dead and buried in a few of those games and the scabbiness of the gials against Newcastle beggars belief. Not that I'm jealous or anything but we have been **** out of luck all season.

Yes, we're certainly lacking luck (and goals) - if only that penalty had gone in and Green getting shoved into his goal against WBA? I guess if you're not good, you've got to hope you're at least lucky and if you are good (Man Utd) you often seem to make your own luck.

Looks like Spurs now share in our lack of capable strikers with Defoe just going off injured at WBA. Wonder how things might have been if we had Defoe and Crouch in our team? As 'Arry says, one big, one little, perfect combination. Anyway, we've got the goalkeeper - Julio Cesar and centre back capable of scoring goals - Chris Samba.
