Why wouldn't he be able to hire them himself?

 

Let him prove himself at youth level first.

 

I agree into youths and work up from u16 to u18 to u21 and then bring in the next robbie folwer when he becomes first team coach.

 

He would be a good academy coach. Someone the locals at least could relate to so might bring that local lad coming through back we have missed.
