Stringer if he was your mate? The way he as distanced himself from Young (who at the moment i do prefer to Taggs) makes me think i would not want him in the trenches with me
End of the day, Stringer has to be professional. He's hardly likely to jack his job in in protest. He's knows he'll never get a better one.
He wouldn't be my mate because I find him irritating. But the real answer to your question is that I don't know enough about him to question his character.
He did do his best to try and squeeze answers out of the head of BBC Leicester the monday after it was announced. If i was in a fairly well paid job with my mate, it would be silly of him to walk away from it because i was laid off, rightly or wrongly. Hes gotta think about his family at the end of the day. Not that im happy with the situation, Youngys been doing the job for 4 seasons and now we've made it back to the prem, hes seen as surplus to requirements, the Lloyd Dyer of commentary -.-
WTF are you on about? - are you expecting Stringer to be on hunger strike in protest or something? Why just Stringer, what about the director of the show, the sound engineers, the tea lady etc. why aren't you annoyed at them as well? I have been at my company for over 5 years, I have been mates with a lot of guys and girls who have been let go in that time - I am still here. I am curious what do you think of me.
Well his first wife hasn't got a good word to say about him, and whilst there are always two sides to every story, I do think that the most important thing in Ian Stringer's life is...... Ian Stringer! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbi...-dumped-wife-says-paying-15-minutes-fame.html
