Newcastle's players. A serious question, they are now that bad would you want any of them. Obviously the likes of Cabaye and Ba we would have had but would you take any of their current lot? Personally, I think not. Anyone disagree

Its gotta be the first time in 20 years that the answer might genuinely be No.

Havent seen enough of DeJong to judge but of their other new signings Cabella is skilfull but lacks the physicality and end product right now, Janmaat looks error prone, Riviere looks like a Sunday league player whod wear pink boots.

Of the old crop, Collocini is now no better than Oshea. Tiote isn't as good as Cattermole. Sissoko I was gutted when they got him but he hasn't really done it, Goufran isnt as good as Giaccherini Alvarez or Buckley. Colback and Anita would be behind Larsson and Rodwell.

Dummet wouldn't get a game ahead of Jones Van Aanholt or Vergini.
Williamson and Taylor couldn't tie Wes Browns shoe laces.
Krul is no better than Mannnone. Pantilimon is better than there back up.

There's one player id made take and its Papis Cisse. Hes a goal scorer who looks like hes been badly managed.

They've got quality but Pardew does his old Paul Daniels trick of making that disappear.

Cabella is class, no doubt about it, but Pardew won't have a clue what to do with him, same as Ben Arfa, Pardew was way out of his depth managing that bloke.

Janmaat is a good RB, and that young kid that's come out of nowhere looks ok as well from the few games I've seen.

The rest, unreliable, disinterested, disorganised or just s**t.
