He has certainly got the experience style and charisma but is the problem that we have many good players at EPL level but they are not international level

Is it also the case despite saying they are "gutted" they are too full of media hype grossly inflated wages and silly dances when they do manage to score

The lads of 66 were true professionals who enjoyed a drink but knew how to conduct themselves and to whom an England shirt really ment something

    In answer SIS...no I wouldn't.
In the 66 team we had World Class players:

    Banks
    Moore
    Bobby Charlton
    Peters
    Hurst
    Two decent full backs

Plus a dirty little bugger - Styles. But he was OUR dirty little bugger.

A good manager AND a grezt style of play

    Easy innit

    Oh and a Russian linesman

We need some cheats to win as it is not a level playing field at the moment. Their centre back should have been off after 28 minutes. The difference is that when Sturridge gets done he gets up and gets on with it. When on the other foot their players surround the referee. I can think of an instance when they were trying to get Sterling booked when in fact it was them who committed the foul on both Sterling and Gerard.

To be honest I thought that again we let a number of good chances slip by whilst I thought the defending by Jags was woeful. He just swung a leg to gift Carvani? with the left footed drive that just whistled over the bar and I would ask why neither Cahill or Jags took any responsibilty when there was the long punt up the field for goal number two.

Yes RYAN should have been there!
