Hi guys, After Saturday's defeat to you guys I listened to BBC Radio Wales phone in about the game and thoughts etc.. A Liverpool fan called in and said we were the worst team he has seen them play this season. I honestly thought we were decent and held our own on the day. Sure, we let in 6 goals, but we also scored 3 against a title chasing team and on another day, the result could have gone our way. Just wanted your thoughts. Good luck for the rest of the season lads
bit harsh i would say, first half you gave us a few problems and 2-2 was probably a fair result at ht, 2nd half dif story obviously. worst team, not sure to be honest, probably any team that has pullis as manager, the ****ing anti christ of football and hope he goes down.
Probably Arsenal, for serious. They just were awful and we were razor sharp, pretty lethal combo. You weren't that bad, and at least made it to half time
Funny thing is I'm not joking about Utd based on the Old Trafford performance, they really were terrible.
Overall game yes, you were the better side.. However, when your 5-2 down and still keep the spirit and belief to pull 1 back (then go and concede another ) but still.. I thought worst team was a little harsh
Not according to Moyes. "If you actually look back statistically I don't think we've been absolutely dominated," he said. "At half-time against Liverpool they had 240 passes, we had 240 passes; we had 51% possession, they had 49% possession. So if you want to talk about the stats I could actually tell you things"
The only ones that stand out to me was Fulham home, Spurs Away, Norwich home and United away. I think all 4 were pretty poor on the day.
Either Man Utd or Spurs They did nothing, were at home, Spurs conceded 5 and Man Utd could have been 5 if Gerrard hadn't missed the penalty and the ref hadn't bottled the 4th Fulham and Stoke away are way harder fixtures than Old Trafford and White Hart Lane
Definitely not the worst team, you guys caused us some problems at times. Thought Zaha made a difference when he came on too.
I don't understand why we seem to be favouring Kim over Zaha. Sure, Zaha can be a greedy bugger at times but I think it shows his willingness to succeed whereas Kim trips over every blade of grass on the pitch! I pray we get to have a rematch next season
phewww. what a question. so at anfield i actually think that while hull gave us a reasonable game they could be there still weeks later and not have scored they were that bad. they did try though and kept trying. I mean I thought cardiff gave a go in both games and played ok in both. But on a serious note the worst performance rather than team would have been spurs at white hart lane. They didn't try a leg for AVB. that 5-0 was generous to them. If they did the same this weekend our confidence is up and we'd tonk them for 10. The just who is piss poor... palace had holloway i think still and they were very very average.
