So after Giles’ move to Middlesbrough, it got me thinking about terrible players we’ve signed over the years, whilst I could list a good few loan signings that spring to mind, there’s not that many permanent ones that I’d say didn’t do something in at least a few games. So is Giles classed as one of the worst signings ever? Trying to think of a permanent signing who’s had a worse impact, Sinik’s up there too.
omur for the cost and his wages, he's up there sinik is probably the worst, again, in terms of financials and how little hes played and zero impact
Bullard closely followed by Ben Arfa. Sinik has been a waste of time and money but hasn’t stunk up the place like they did.
For me its sinik becasue we didnt have prem money He cost a fair bit upfront and hes had 3 years of wages for zero impact
Plus his goal v the blunts was worth it probably Sinik probably cost almost as much as bullard in total and we didnt have any prem money for it
Geez, how long have you got? Off the top of my cranium. Smith, Williams, Thelwell, Appleby, Ramirez, Basso + others. Managers: Collins, Dolan, Hateley, Molby, Parkinson, Slutsky, Arveladze, WALTER.
Are you just naming a player? Then you come up with Zayatte? WTF? Not even close to an answer to the question asked!
Can someone please remove that apostrophe from the thread title? It’s as offensive as suggesting Kamil Zayatte was our worst signing.
