SWP, absolutely no doubt. Reasonably closely followed by Bothroyd.

I took 'LR' to mean Loftus Road.

SWP is the worst winger I have seen since Tony Scully. Do not understand why the R bolck insist on singing his rubbish and very camp song every game.

While he hasn't shown it he must have some ability because he's got 30 odd England camp and I don't remember disliking him while he played for England

Bob you know your football ... How he got to this status I simply can't understand it ... As a coach honesty can you this board how often he makes the wrong choice pass in a game ? He just doesn't flow dies he and although OPTA states he covers the ground where is he running to ?

So often when he does catch up with play it results in a free kick or a stoppage

I simply can't understand the hype around this player MH must be noting this surely ?

This must be why Diakite is here now
It must be as I am constantly perplexed by this

    And what a gob

The question was "WORST PLAYER".....NOT most disappointing. Bothroyd, SWP and Barton are all better players than Hulse (There again, I'm better than Hulse!). If the question was...who is the most disappointing player at LR this season, then I'd go for Barton, followed by SWP and Bothroyd.

Hulse has had his day and now he is one of the most ineffective strikers I've ever seen.

I'd put the disappointment with SWP, purely because I never expected much of Betty.

In my eyes, Barton has just about justified his place but he's underperforming and it sounds as though Sparky's onto this.

Barton for his effort (or lack of) on the football pitch however he has done very well at tweeting. Now.....lets check the contract and see what he is actually paid to do.........

While they arent the worst, the biggest let downs are SWP and Barton. The worst is Fitz Hall, when he plays we need to score at least 3 to win.

Dave. i said many times that barton is a ten a penny player. Don't rate him and he has done nothing to prove otherwise! At Leeds we do a simple 'bad pass' sheet for each individual player for our eyes only. wei am working with 15 and 16 year olds so don't shame them. In theory you can't coach players like barton. He isnt going to get any better at passing a ball now. you can instruct and feed ideas and my main instruction would be win the ball and pass it simply to someone who can do more with it ie Taraabt. This simplified approach would make him stand out like parker at spurs but unfortunately barton is a law to himself!

I'm afraid I have to disagree with you here flyer. I think Fitz has done OK Imo. Not great, but certainly hasn't been our worse player.
If you look at most of the crucial goals we've conceded, they come from sloppy passing and not direct defending errors.

Even if hes not at fault, hes always in the "could have done better" for goals, look at the Blackburn goal that was a routine header and he was over a yard away from it despite the ball going 70 yards. Every time he plays, we are awful defensively.

We are odds on to concede 3+ goals when he plays. Hes 6ft 5" and cant win a header against people 5-7" shorter than him.
