    After seeing us linked with Carlton Cole today I've decided, rather than picking a team for next season based on good players we're linked with, to create a team consisting of the players we'd have if the most horrific transfer rumours came true. Here goes:

    Proto
    Perch Williamson Coloccini Konchesky
    Gradel Smith Reo Coker Snodgrass
    Cole Aliadiere

    Players out (they have to be players who've been linked with a move away):
    Simpson
    Enrique
    Barton
    Guthrie
    Nolan
    Tiote
    Jonas

    That team wouldn't stand a chance... in the Evo-Stick North Premier League. <yikes>

    I don't think anyone else would pay his wages.
    I hope he stays here until he retires though he's proved his worth the last two seasons and is our best defender now!

    Gradel/Snodgrass cue the leeds fans saying (when giving neg rep and not having the balls to say it in the thread) they're to good for our team when we say no thanks even though they don't realise we have young uns who imo are better or better prospects i.e.

    Ferguson
    Donaldson
    Inman
    Moyo
    Airey
    Richardson
    Newton
    and i'd rather give one or two of these a chance than waste money on the Leeds pair
