    the amount of injuries we're picking up at the moment is ridiculous and it's got me more than a little concerned.
    we've got Liverpool utd and arsenal over the Xmas and apart from Swansea I'm struggling to see where our points are going to come from.

    I think we will be ok the only 1 we will be missing big time is kenny but I think with a run of games cerny could do a job for us.

    Just shows what happens when a few key players are missing. Cant believe Paddys out for 2 months??...Not sure Cerny fills the back four with confidence and vice versa!. Gonna have to up our work rate and fight for everything til january.

    Any keeper is the last line of defence, and our bigger issue is what is happening in front of the keeper

    We urgently need a leader there

    The games to worry about are not against the top 6 (except Chelski of course, but job half done there ;) ) but the teams around and below us - WBA, Sunderland, Swansea remaining this year

    I still think other than man utd arsenal and Liverpool we can win every game up to the end of Jan with the squad in my opinion perhaps I'm to much of an optimist.

    4-5 points from our games v wba, sunderland and swansea. If we can achieve that we'll be in a very good position to push on with an improved squad. Believe.

    The simple question remains, is there 3 teams worse than us? Wigan and Blackburn look really poor and IMO will be in the bottom 3 come May. That leaves one to pick from at least 6. With our current squad i think most neutrals would have us in 18th 17th 16th position at best. If we strengthen in Jan i think it will be enough to bring us significently up the table. Jan is going to be vital for us. IMO thats why NW and TF have been talking so much about it. We need at least 3 new first team players and 2-3 strong squad players. The prob is very few clubs will sell in Jan and we could end up paying over the odds.

    Spot on Northolt

    Let's remember that only a couple of seasons ago a humiliating return to League 1 looked highly likely

    I'm savouring being in the PL right now - let's get behind the team every game

    No point moaning about Kennys injury, it's done now an he of course will be missed

    Time to get behind Cerny and have faith in him , put some faith into him and he'll do a job , no point being critical be positive as he's all we have got till January now so show some belief

    If you look at our front 6 seperately against Norwich, it is worrying. A midfield 3 of Derry, Faurlin and Traore. And an attacking front 3 of SWP, Mackie and Helguson. Strengthening is badly needed in January.

    <ok>

    Seems like we'll have Cerny up until we play Norwich again at home (3rd Jan) and then depending on how he's played either he'll continue or Brian Murphy will jump in for the FA Cup match until Kenny will be back for Villa if he doesn't suffer any setbacks.

    Nervous times but all we can do is show support.

    lets have a bit of confidence now lads we are mid table capable of giving anyone a game, next up wba (3pts) Liverpool (1pt) Utd (0pts) Sunderland (3 pts) Swansea (3pts) that could be 10 pts from the next 5 games giving us 25pts before January transfer window when we can strengthen, have a bit of faith, in Neil we trust.
