Today apparently........... I can live with that quite happily. I try to buy locally produced Gins, it was announced recently that in the last 2 years the Revenue here had issued licences to something like 70 new Gin Distillery's compared to none in the previous 50 years........ Just finished a bottle called "Wild Burrow" Gin from Rabbit Island in West Cork. Also on the go a Gin called Boyles from Lismore in West Waterford named after Robert Boyle an alchemist and one of the fathers of modern chemistry who lived in West Waterford........see there's a story with every bottle. Tonic of choice is Fever Tree, their Elderflower is rather nice as is the Mediterranean....... Whatever your choice enjoy......
I can highly recommend Aviation Gin from the US. And agree the Fever Tree is excellent. Another very good mix is also Victoria’s Rhubarb Gin with Fever Tree ginger ale. Happy Gin Day!
The wife and her pal have just demolished a bottle of Edinburgh Rhubarb and Ginger flavoured gin, initiallly with fever tree tonic, then tonic, then any other mixer we had left in the house, whilst I've been working my way through a 10 pack of San Miguel - Happy Gin Day
