Anyone watching the women world cup? It's been really entertaining so far. But it's a different kind of game to the men's game. There have been some great goals...

Saw the second half of the France game. England were not really in the same class. France knocked the ball about, moved into space to make the passes look easy. England didn't seem able to close them down and never looked really likely to score.

Watched China v Canada gave up at half time bored stiff also saw part of Germany against one of the African nations Germany looked good though I felt they made most of the tackles against them to win free kicks and their keeper looked dodgy scored some good goals

Is there a good reason why the BBC football fixtures listings and tables for the WOMEN'S WORLD CUP are listed as '(the country) women'. Didn't we all get the message that the Women's World Cup would be played by women from the country they come from?
Perhaps when the Men's World Cup is next played they will put '(country) men'. FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????
