How come the Iranian squad have been allowed to travel to/stay in the US? If Somalia is on the list of banned countries, then Iran must also be on the list. Would the US attempt to ban all/any of the Iranian entourage? What should happen is for the Somalian referee to officiate at a match involving the US, then for the match to be abandoned, because the referee isn't available. It won't happen, but if FIFA cared about anything other than money, it would make for an interesting debate

They can't stay in the US. They can enter to play their games but then have to leave and go to Mexico where they relocated their base to.
