So the draw for the 2018 World Cup is at 3pm tomorrow, here's the pots:

Who do you want and what teams do you want to avoid? I haven't looked into travelling distances and that but I'd like a group of:

    Russia
    England
    Iran
    Panama

    Worst we could get imo:

    Brazil
    England
    Denmark
    Nigeria

Either way I reckon we should be getting through any group we get imo.

I'd prefer to avoid Russia simply because it'll mean our fans avoid being brutally attacked on a large scale.

I'm pretty sure the Russian fans are going to try and make that happen regardless of whether we play them

I'm sure, but in the stadium there's fewer options for our boys and girls.

Ironically they will probably be safer actually playing Russia as there will be a heavy police presence at the game and you would think (hope) that crowd control would be strongly implemented. I think England fans face more danger away from the stadiums at bars and in public spaces to be honest.

Especially as if we play them it will be the opening game of the tournament.

Yep, even Russian officials didn't exactly condemn any threat of violence against England fans, they won't want the opening game to be marred by crowd trouble.

They should scrap all the banning orders and let all the nutters go over.

I agree with this too. They should just look at it as sending bodyguards for our decent fans.

Now I longer get into trouble and let life's thuggery pass me by but yes there are plenty that would have made that bunch in the Euros look like little pussies and as much as I don't want to support violence it would be good to see them get a kicking.
It was easy for them fighting families and kids.
