I've nicked this idea off some of the other boards. Just post 'sweepstake' and your IN. No prizes, just for fun.

Members can post more than once for comments or banter but must only post 'sweepstake' once, with no other comment in that post. The sweepstake is open to all Gills supporters and regular contributors to this board.
Your 'sweepstake' post number will then be put in to a pot by me and drawn out at random and placed consecutively against the team numbers below. So for example the first username drawn out will be placed against Russia. To be placed against England you would need to be the 29th username drawn out.

I'll draw the sweepstake over the coming weeks as follows;
As from now, I will use the normally twice weekly lotto draw, however, i will draw them on the final ascending order using the seven lotto numbers including the bonus ball (not the order they were drawn) to select the member numbers. To be placed in sequence against the participant countries.
So for example if the first of the six balls in ascending order for a lotto draw is number 2 - brb will be placed against Russia.
If the next ball in ascending order is 13, then GeminiSwiftgfc would be placed against Japan.
If the next ball is number 23, no member has this number and it will therefore be completely ignored.
Note the bonus ball will always be used as the final number outside of the ascending order for any subsequent draw.
Once a number is drawn it is naturally ignored in future draws, until all members numbers have been placed against a country. Hopefully before June!
As we currently have one sweepstake place unallocated, I have automatically selected Iran the final country on the list to remain unallocated. Unless the final place is filled before completion of the draw.
Complicated yes, but as always I will work it all out and post the drawn numbers as after each draw.
Once I've got 32 names, I will announce the draw date. If I don't get 32 names, I'll just make it up as i go along.
It's too early to decide if I will do a prediction league for the World Cup, I've got lots of unknowns going on at the moment, so will decide nearer the time, but for now, you've got to be in it to win it!
