When will we ever get it back? Last night's performance was shameful. Time to start picking players taking effort into account and let's see where that takes us.

You've hit the nail on the head Kerrygold. What this team needs is more Protestants, they've always got a good work ethic. Especially hardline Calvinists I think, none of those wishy washy pseudo Catholic high church Anglicans.

No confession.
No forgiveness.
All is predetermined - 18th place.

Or maybe more Irish players???

Watching Ramsey's body language, expressionless and immobile and staring into space with arms folded, honestly a cardboard cut out would inspire equally well. There is no passion there, I rather think he would be in his element playing poker, not trying to manage so many disparate personalities who clearly are crying out for strong management.

Just like Harold at West Ham last season, except for the Poker playing bit.......

Would like to see Doughty back in for Henry, he has work ethic and more talent. I do like CR but I don't think he's going to be the man to turn this around.
