Mr Pulis has been quoted in the local rag as follows; "The players have been disappointed by whats's happened in games" he said. "They have been honest enough to hold their hands up to the mistakes and to get out there and try to put it right....." _____________________________________________________________________ Now, I am not TcP's No1 fan but I am aghast that he would get himself quoted blaming the players. Whilst the players are ultimatley responsible once they step over the line, this does sound like TP 3rd partying the blame. Is he right that the players are soley to blame, or his he just that deluded and arrogant that he refuses to take any proportion of the blame? You would think that when there are a few issues within the camp the last thing you would want is the Manager blaming the players over his own abilty and tactics.
For the last 2 1/2 seasons I have been saying no more Pulis. I did try to say so in a series of amusing posts, which amused me if nobody else. I took a LOT of flak AND personal abuse - not nice, some on those posters are now questioning their hero, or have hibernated until our springtime relegation. Well, just in case anyone is expecting some whimsical ramble: GET THAT ****ING STUPID EXCUSE FOR A FOOTBALL MANAGER THE **** OUT OF STOKE To everybody that knows me - sorry to be so subtle
Nick IF PULIS did say that and I don't doubt that he has said it. He should just pack his backs and RESIGN.. HOW the hell he does'nt have the BALLS to take " at least some of the blame is beyond me" He's obviously LOST IT! HE tells them HOW to set up, HE picks the team.. enough said.
