Like this story that appeared on the beeb website about a side in Argentina who played for 30 years on a pitch that wasn't quite standard. They've been told to sort it out..... please log in to view this image Here's the link to the story.... http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/37640840
That's nothing, I think this used to be a around Sheffield but I can't be arsed to do my research on it. Drainage at least shouldn't be an issue here. Left back gets it piss easy for 1 half and need climbing gear in the second. please log in to view this image
The bushes make wing play interesting....... The thing about the one in Argentina is that they are in the National League system, the above is probably someones idea of a joke.......
I'm sure I played on worse in my school days, I can defiantly remember having to retrieve a ball or item of school property from a field of cows that would lurk around our school pitch more than once. There was more bush back then too.
This one gets interesting, I have no photos but they play on the cliff top near Cromer. http://www.thefa.com/play-football/...Type=1&p.Northing=342198&p.Easting=583492&c=1
So maybe that's where we have been going wrong these recent years, we need a wonky pitch to suit our wonky team selections plus w*nky tactics....
