Or will it be yet another pile of dog ****e reporting from our phone hacking, hypocritical, lying, moral free, police bribing, discredited gutter press? Don't hold your breath on the football reporting mind.
You might like to know that Sky Australia or any of the local TV news stations gave the PDC business any air time. Big news here tonight is that our prime minister phoned a friend to see if her fancied being NZ's spymaster; not particularly well qualified but he gave him the heads up anyway. Duplicity is alive and well in politics. On the sporting front two guys were in court charged for (allegedly) assaulting the local cricketing hero which looks like being a storm in a eggcup. Exciting times eh?
probblies. Well, locally anyway. The national press are likely to find something more interesting but the barcode crew will no doubt try to keep it going as long as they can. I hope SAFC are making notes for future reference.
This really has been one of the worst examples of our gutter press/media in action that I can remember..It really is shocking how they go about thir business when they are on a witch hunt like this..
It's been a interesting 4 or 5 day's, to be honest with you's can't wait for sunday bring it on ktf lad's...
Listening to talkshite on the way in and some journo on there is going on about how badly this has been handled. Max Rushden is co-presenting with Alan Brazil and asked the Journo "Why didn't all the media hype happen when he started managing Swindon" and the journo completely skirted the issue - the he asked him again and pointed the question to him and he still didn't answer it - he allowed Rushden (who was alright for me in this instance) to say "Or is it because it's the premieer league" I'd like someone to ask the journo why political questions are being asked at a football press conference. Harry Redknapp Pochettino (SP) and Nigel Adkins have all had press conferences at their respective new clubs this season and not once had a question about politics (Or anything non-football related) - and Redknapp is one of the dodgiest (yeah new word!) managers in the game with the trail of destruction he has behind him - yet everything was about the football. What are Pochettino's political beliefs? That would be interesting as we don't actually know. Oh and in other news, I believe that Di Canio has been labelled as responsible for the Philpott kids being killed by the house fire!! (Trust me the way the media has gone on in the last few days you'd think this was the case)
