Their run of results has left them in 7th place ahead of Manchester United, and they have won four out of their last five Premier League fixtures. While keeping clear of the relegation battle was the number one aim, after the start they have had it would be foolish for Wolves to settle for that, they will want to push for a top half finish. When teams are promoted to the Premier League we often see them struggle defensively against the big boys, but so far Wolves have been excellent at the back. They have conceded just six goals from their opening eight league games and while ever they are as good as that, they should have no problems picking points up. Watford started on fire, defying what many people expected would be a tough season for them by winning their first four games. There is no doubt their tails were up, and they were flying high but since then things have gone downhill for them. They have picked up just one point in their most recent four games, and they are now showing the form that many expected from them at the start of the season. While the good start they had keeps them ahead of the battle at the bottom for now, their cushion won't last forever and they have to pick up some points soon. Cheers OFH. We've got to get back to winning ways soon but against Portuhampton this isn't going to be easy; i'd take a score draw away to them. I'd like to see: ------------Deeney, Success-------------- Hughes, Doucoure, Capoue, Pereyra Masina, Cathcart, Mariappa, Fermina --------------------Foster---------------------- ¡¡¡COYH!!!
Shame to hear Chalobah might be injured again - unless its the club just being very careful. Seems like Gerry D might be fit to start. Mariappa and Masina to come in I guess at the back. I'd take a draw but apart from last game we have played well so hopefully Bournemouth was a blip.
I don't care how Watford win this...... just win it. Been there three times, trouble found me three times. Won't be going back. Horrid town, too many horrid "fans". Heard too many tales of woe from other supporters who've been. Injuries and, more so, suspensions worry me this time out. Not sure we'll get anything out of this one.
And now they resolve the deal for their keeper who clearly is in top form. Rui Patricio: Wolves close to agreeing fee with Sporting Lisbon for goalkeeper It's all going well for them. Let's hope it is their turn for a blip. C'mon u'orns
I think we play better when we are the underdogs. Going to miss the game though but will be sneaking a peak at the scores as things go!
Do we not like that! I'm worried. Needs 2 or 3 to really play beyond expectations. Hope it happens but give me a point now and I'll go away very happy C'mon u'orns
Not sure if this will work, it has boxing at the moment, but is advertised as the game. http://firstrowsportes.net/soccer/wolverhampton-wanderers-watford-krk6801c0
