What do you reckon lads? My gut feeling is it would be better for wolves to go on another winning streak and beat everyone (except for us of course). That way should we slip up somewhere we would still have the cushion over Villa. Fulham concern me at the moment but surely they have to drop points somewhere along the line?

I'd prefer a Wolves win but a draw would not a bad result for us, Fulham could get un-stuck against Preston too.

I see the logic and agree. Would certainly been my view a month back. Getting a bit more bullish now. First choice would be a draw, if not a wolves win.
Need Fulham to drop a few points though.

Refuse to comment or even hope. Been disappointed too many times now and age starts to take its toll!!!!!

After watching Wolves last night, it's hard not to be impressed by the way they play. They were well worth their win but I'm not sure whether Leeds were made to look poor or were just bloody hopeless themselves.

I wouldn't want Villa to win their game against Wolves - that would give them a huge lift going forward. Probably them dropping 2 points at home in a draw would do the trick as it would also prevent Wolves from taking all 3. I still retain the belief that we can catch them with our home game against them to come.

Preston could do us a huge favour on the weekend by putting a spoke in Fulhams runaway wheels.

As everyone recognises, we've only got to keep winning our games and all the others can't catch us no matter what they do, but that's going to be a tough ask and we really need others to falter as well.

There really was no chance of Leeds not losing last night.
Wolves win v Villa the preference for me. As said Preston owe us a favour.
BUT City must win as first and foremost

Wolves have a fairly easy run in after the Villa game and I don't think the pressure will be on them too much.
Villa have performed a lot better since we stuffed them 3-0 at home. However, they are yet to play us and Derby. I'd be happy with a draw at their place, I think Derby could beat them at home.
So, a draw would be an ok result with Wolves, a Wolves win marginally better.

I think Derby have blown it and will lose at Forest on Sunday. Wolves still need to play Boro who look decent again. Yes a big favour from Preston will do very nicely

Happy to see Wolves carry in winning especially v Villa.

My biggest concern is our injured list. WoL posted an article showing 10 crocked outfield players. As a minimum we need Morro and Paterson fit for Saturday. Then we have Brentford and Derby away next week. I will be happy with 5 points from the 3 games especially if Villa and Fulham drop points along the way.
