I am absolutely overjoyed with his appointment and what he has already said in his press conferences etc. He talks about a sense of togetherness a lot and I feel he has already won over the hearts of us chelsea fans without a game having been played! His appointment of Roberto DiMatteo is quality. Im so happy that Emenalo has been relieved of the job of assistant manager and these two together will make a great pair. It will be interesting to see how the transfer window goes. For sure we will be linked with many players right up until August 31st but it seems like AVB has layed out a plan with regards to transfers and that he wants to asses the squad first. I dont think he will have a problem in the dressing room with lampard, drogba and terry etc. He seems to be the perfect man for the job so far and I can't wait until next season. I would also like to thank all the fans from other clubs from all over the country wishing us well for next season and saying how they feel we will be a force to be reckoned with. It will be in my opinion one of the best seasons next season with any of 6 teams able to win the league!
