Sounds like a title for a poem.

Instead it is the words of Brendan Rodgers on our young defender Andre Wisdom.

I wonder if this could see Kelly begin to operate at centre back more once he returns from his injury. Wisdom could have a good run of games ahead of him and has done well so far.

Wisdom's certainly been impressive, early days but the signs are very good.

Shift Kelly into CB as Carra's replacement, sounds good to me.

With Coates being there as well, Kelly wont have to much pressure either.

Suso has been fantastic, and Wisdom has looked great as RB.

We now have a few players who can play in various positions in defense.

Looks good, overall. Need a couple of strikers and a good, young reserve keeper, though.

That's right, maybe Kelly will see out the season covering RB and move inside for next season.

That would give us four decent CB's with Skrtel,Agger as first choice and Kelly and Coates as
back up.Coates has been excellent recently btw.

Yeah,I guess we may see one more season out of Carra even if he's on the bench.

    And helping out the youngsters.

I think its great having him in the team with all those young players when we experiment. It gives us two kinds of wisdom.

The most important thing is with Kelly and Wisdom doing well is it keeps Johnson at Left Back.

Yes,for the time being Johnson is our best choice at LB. Which is fine.

I think he's brilliant in that position Enrique has a lot of work to do if he wants back in. Whatever the reason Johnsons defending improves at LB.

It's a shame about Enrique, he was solid for the first half of the season. I wonder what happened, because it wasn't as if he has only just started playing poorly for Rodgers, he also played poorly at the end of last season when Dalglish was in charge.

I hope he now picks himself up now he realises he has some serious competition for his LB position. He's a quality LB on his day and it would be a shame to see him go to waste.

If my information is correct, he needs to buck up dramatically or he's gone.

Would be a shame that, but understandable. It's good that we have cover at LB now in Johnson, and then back up in Robinson or Agger if need be.

If he does go, I pray to god that it's not back to Newcastle!! <grr>

Enrique has admitted injury problems so I would like to see him fully fit and then judge his performances from then. This is because we know how good he can be ...

Didn't know he had injuries, I just thought he was having a few off days.

Hopefully he'll be ok and will be back to his best soon because like you've already said, he's quality when fully fit <ok>

I like Enrique and he's said on a few occasions that he has a knee problem at the moment that keeps coming back. If fit I would still want Johnson at LB but there are plenty of games to be played and 2 quality LB's is a good thing.
