As you may know, I recently started working for BT Sport customer services. Just wound up some mad Scottish woman by telling her the channel's only available on one sky box as our system can't cope with multi-room yet. She went mental and claimed she was too morbidly obese to waddle from her bed (where she spends most of the day) through to her living room. I had to end the call at that stage as she was becoming increasingly incoherent on account of her Buckfast kicking in.
