Thank you for giving us something else to talk about with your player ratings threads. I've been sick and tired of the non-transfer threads and am glad of the distraction. I would rep you, but I can't as I have done so at some point in the past. It has also given me some hope that, even with no signings, we do have some hope, there may be a strong enough spine to the team. Now if we can just get a central defender and striker........ Cheers Willy
It's a great buncha threads willy, and clever too, there's a lot of players we are all saying good things about. You're restoring some faith when it is needed most.
As Maggie Thatcher famously said "Every Prime Minister needs a Willie"... QPR have their own Willy as well...
Roller: My sentiments entirely. Thanks so much Will, you've done more than most AT the club... you've given us more than half a team!! Swords: True, willies don't have brains... if they did they'd be reminding us to look before we leap - into that world of awkward phone calls!
Cheers Willy, it's been good to remind ourselves of the players we currently have, although we all know that we need some good new blood to give us a chance next season
It's been fun so far seeing what we actually think of the squad. It's all very well looking at a bunch of players and saying "well they're not good enough", but when you look at individuals, you get a different picture. You get "He's definately a star, he's on the team sheet, he could well be good enough, he might surprise people, he'll be a good squad player" with very few actually crap players coming through.
Echo the sentiment above. What are the current findings thus far?? Any consensus on who's going to do the job and who isn't?
