apparently we have willy gueret 37 y/o french goalkeeper from kettering on trial...previously with mk dons, swansea & millwall....certainly has experience we would need!

    thoughts?

have also seen hessy does not intend bringing a replacement in for adam birchall...he said scally has done well to let me bring in the players we have and doesn't think we'd be able to push to another striker, we have a bigger enough squad and will go with what we have!!

i would love for that to be the case...but hessy i don't see it turning out that way...we need that other striker i'm affraid to say!

Why we need Willy Gueret if we are going for The beast, must mean we are not getting him but then Hess did say loan him out.

Willy Gueret would be a great signing. Would be a good influence on Hawkes and Gazza (if he sign's) and is good quality cover if Flitney get's ruled out.

West ham loan's to come in up front I think. We will obviously get them because of the hendon link and would do the job of covering until Birchill is back.

If Murdoch is not at Gills anymore, but i think he is then he could be signed for a bit of coaching aswell as he is experienced.

hoadie i think we will sign gazzaniga, then loan him out due to the language & inexperience issues! i'd loan hawkes out for the season as well. gazza is also out of tomorrows game v wall has a knock...shame wanted to see him against league standard teams...then again so did hess!

why did we not sign baldwin...when hessy liked look of him?

in think this could be a great deal for the club, we get an experinced number 2 who can push flitney and help him improve as in goal keeping terms hes still quite young. hawkes and gazza (if we sign him) can both learn a lot and we have a chance to get a player who has been round the blockm and could potentially become a coach here and im guessing for not much money

think hess wanted to give him another year at his club and then sign him as i think he maybe out of contract next year, he said he'd only put an offer in if hartlepool did so looks like they didnt
