On the opening day of the season at Shrewsbury will we be out of administration or still waiting for it to happen ?

The deal we were told would be completed before the season started, or am I just hoping that I heard that somewhere,it just seems we're locked into a continues loop with no way to find the finishing line.

Your ears start to pick up little rumours all over the place as you troll through all the Argyle websites, such as............we wont be completing before the 12th of August..........Heaney/Phantoms can't raise the money, having lost one of his backers(Abe ?) .........can we use players in the league who as yet are not officially on the payroll until we come out of administration..........can we play in the league without the FL returning are golden share ...........Can Ridsdale answer all the FL queries before the start of the season etc...etc...

How long will our new players stay around without being paid.......it just goes on...and on....and on...........

i am hoping against hope that in a joint press conference today it will be announced that the gib/irish/gib have pulled out and a new preferred bidder has emerged. ginsters have joined pengelley and brent amongst others as p/bidder. this is all a pipe dream but please let us have argyle's show on the road soon. the fans and club can not be taken to the depths of a sewer any longer. new shirts are nice but it needs more than 2 swallows to make a summer. roll on 6.8.11

Well tickets are on sale for the Millwall game so it looks like they are still confident of being around at the start of the season as to the rest Plym who knows? Ask us an easier one like Does God exist? or Is there life on another plant? One thing for certain it´s never dull following the Greens at the moment.

    Probably still win 2 - 1.

That felt really good to get back to some form of football banter at last.

Why do you do it to yourself plymborn? What is the point in all the doom and gloom of what ifs and maybes. We will kick off the season on time I bet my last pound on it.

Yep how did you guess Sensible, got to be positive. We know the club will still be in admin, i give up listening to it all now. Lets get the season under way. With all what's been going on at the club it seems a long break from the football. I think a good positive start will lift the spirits and all the crap will be behind us. So i can't see nothing but a winning start.

Mr Risdale keeps mentioning we can have 20 players while in Administration and he expects it to be completed not too long into the new season.

So guess we will be at Shrewsbury as a club still in Admin unfortunately.

We will definately still be in administration for the Shrewsbury game.

Rumour has it that Aug 5th turned into Aug12th and now............into Aug 31st........it seems that exclusivity can be extended by agreement between the parties concerned !!!

Other comments on other websites.........that Heaney couldn't fund the exclusivity deal when Abe withdrew.........he is now funding it threw a deal he his at present completing.........probably why it is lengthening the exclusivity deal !!!

Question.........can this be correct procedure for exclusivity ?

Heaneys solicitors have confirmed in writing.........that other funding routes remain open.

These comments I have gleaned from various sources.........check for yourselves and put me right if my reading of things are not correct..............Del-Boy is just an amatuer compared with Mr Heaney......or am I not being kind to him ?

PS......Warren Feeney down for a trial..........he makes Fallon look like a prolific goal scorer.........what was wrong with Holt, he got a good write-up.

THIS IS DEVON report that THE HERALD have uncovered Heaneys wheeling and dealing as he tries to get together the £4 million plus needed to buy PAFC.

Where are his Irish Phantom buddies in all of this,as I mentioned in previous post that Abe dropped out leaving a black money hole that Heaney is trying to fill.

We are led to believe that Heaney is fronting the preferred bidders bid, but where are they when he needs them ? they seem to be Phantoms in more ways then one where money is concerned.

Surely the Football League have asked the right questions regarding Heaney (Truro Boss) and his PAFC dealings.

With exclusivity now extending to Aug 31st, it becomes suspiciously obvious that he never had,(or his Irish Phantoms buddies) the money after Abe withdrew.

Brendan Guilfoyle should not be so laid back about the situation, it is damaging PAFC's fragile and precarious existence as a League club if it goes on much longer.

How are Argyle paying their staff and players (new and old) without coming out of administration..........we need answers before more players start looking for wages elsewhere.

hobo...........If he wore dark glasses it would hide his eyes.....but he doesn't !!! eyes can speak louder than words, and I don't like what there saying !!!

It does scare me when Guilfoyle comments about Heaney..............."nothing he says causes me any concern".............it's OK for you Brendan, you can sod-off back to Yorkshire when it's all over.........we will be stuck with the outcome, good or bad.....it doesn't bare thinking about.

Personally i don't think there are any Irish involved in the bid, Heaney is the main man and does not appear to have the funds. All other sites are Pointing the finger at the administrator saying its all his fault and its corrupt! I am sick of the lot of it. Just sort it and get on with the football.
Brenda is the winner at the end of the day, no matter who he choose there may have been a problem. We don't have much choice it seems. Just hope it all goes through and we have a club.

I think it's a little dangerous to be throwing the word corrupt around even if people are angry about all of this. The deal will be scrutinised in the end and the reputation of the Administrator is at stake. I think using the word corrupt suggests a bung or something similar. If that were to turn out to be true then his and his companies reputation would be ruined. Cannot see it personally.

I agree with you joe, lets just concentrate on the football thing now and leave the rest to sort itself out. There is nothing we can do about it so why fret.

I'm so fed up with this side of the club, so much so I can't see the point in posting about it any longer, At least in the bar I can drink myself into oblivion and forget the troubles at our club.

Well that,s true Sensible, it seems a lot on This is Plymouth think over the past its corrupt. But we will never know what has gone on or what is the point of worrying about it. The deal has been done and we got to get on with it whether we like it or not.
