Got to be an own goal unfortunately for Tom's barber. Replays from directly behind the shot show it was going a few feet wide. But maybe Rodgers should think about moving Skrtl up front. That header was brilliant and perfectly placed. He might have a future as a striker.

And it was time Livermore had a bit of luck. He's hit the right hand post three times this season with wicked shots. Could be our leading scorer. Keep shooting Jesse

 

Was great for the few minutes everyone thought it was a Hudd goal though. Them all getting round him right in front of me was a treat!

 

OG, but if I was Huddlestone I would cut it. He took a shot and the ball went in the net. Cut the hair.

True but the charity would still get the money. He could always cut it and then continue the charity drive and not cut it again tell he scores. Either way if I had hair that long I would cut it, no one would be pissed off about it anyway.

When he does score, it'll be a 40 yard screamer. Hopefully on Wednesday when we beat Arsenal 1-2 or 1-3.

To be fair, he was probably looking at how poor they're defence was in the build up.

First one, Moses tried to play it out and got dispossessed & we went on to score.

Second, Toure should've cleared it on more than one occasion and got caught out by Livermore & Meyler followed up.

Third, Liverpool should've kicked the ball out if Toure was injured. Huddlestone took an eternity to get from one box to the other. It was fairly scabby. It wasn't going in.

 

I haven't seen it back yet but I was thinking it must have been a hell of a run from Huddlestone to support Sagbo and score. When Davies cleared it everyone was back apart from Sagbo. The funny thing is I said out loud just before Davies hoofed it clear that if we could knock it long to Sagbo he'd be in a great position with Toure playing him onside while half-fit.

 

Whyever no liverplop player tracked Huddlestone is beyond me. He just took a leisurely stroll from one box to the other and liverplop just left him to it.
