    Football matches not in a recognised league structure do not need FIFA or EUFA consent If it is a national league then the national Authority in our case the FA can give or withhold permission but for games being held outside of Europe EUFA and the FA have no juristriction and as long as the clubs play in their national leagues FIFA are powerless as well. If it makes money we might well see some clubs leaving the EPL, La Ligua etc, because thats all they are interested in.
