Hardly surprising after you went for Benitez. Heck, didn't Mourinho say Chelsea was a small club and not at all interesting back in 2004, before Liverpool rejected him for Benitez? Pretty sure Mourinho also called Chelsea fans plastic and foreign after he was sacked in 2007. Ultimately Chelsea (or at least Abramovich) don't seem to care that much about what their fans think, only what players or managers they can attract.
