Will the 35 million be spent in the summer?

Do you believe that the majority of the transfer money will used in the summer, or do you like me, think we will spend a small portion of it and or operate a 1 in 1 out policy.

Without being too pessimistic I think with Ashleys track record we can expect a small sum to be spent, and possibly money from outgoings being used to keep the net spend down, as in previous seasons with Milner, Nzogbia etc...

I hope to be proved wrong but still do not trust Ashley as far as I can throw him, and I couldnt even pick the ****er up!

I say 20-25, plus sales. We won't get a lot for any of our players, and will have to pay through the roof for replacements, plus we need to add to the squad.

I think we're in with good a chance as any at getting Kranjcar, but Berba is another story I would think

 

the £35million will be a myth and it will be spirited away, it was quoted at the time that the £35million was to be 'put back into the club'
that doesn't say it will be used for transfers

the spending will probs be about £15million
take into account the amount of wages per player over the length of projected contract
and that will give you your £35million, so, he can then say that the all the money has been allocated for within the club

this means without the sale of Carroll there wouldn't of been a bean for transfers
so where does the money from ticket sales (I have forked out for 3 x 3 year season tickets again up front payment)
shirt sales, TV rites, sponsorship etc go to.
where is this £20million Ashley keeps banging on about putting into the club every season.

does anyone know exactly how much we got for the paint job on the stadium roof ?

I believe we will spend close to £35M but it will include wages, agents fees etc on transfer fees that will probably be around £20M-£25M, I think much over that will be a bonus. They may surprise us though and spend well over, it would be nice.

 

I don't think it will be more. I'm going for the £20-25 million and if that is used wisely we could have a very good season!

 

Shearer thinks 10million just to make us achieve what we have this season.
I personally think he's got no choice but to put the full 35million back into the club!
20million transfer fee's should see us have a good summer
