It makes sense though. He makes the rest of the team look decidedly average and at the moment I'm struggling to see who would be given the award apart from Enrique (Gerrard has played just 90 mins (?) so far)
No Im not saying that the decsion to give him the POM 3 months in a row is wrong Im just saying thats it would be nice if some players started matching his performances on a regular basis
there's no one on that squad right now that would match suarez in the near future except FSG comes with some bail out money for a top striker or playmaker in january.
Perhaps if the other players pulled their finger out and actually put a run of good performances together they might rival Suarez. Until that happens I foresee him winning most of the POM's this season
