The way Wenger was talking this morning, i think he's already replaced RVP. I'm sure the money will be spent on players but i'd be surprised if it's in this transfer window

There has been speculation about hernandez joining us but in the itv article about the rvp departure wenger said that bringing giroud and podolski was as a result of rvp's inevitable departure so maybe not, i still think that we will bring in another player but for which position i don't know, alot of names are floating about, i'm concerned that liverpool will beat us in the race to sahin but there is still a couple of weeks left in the window so we have some time.

Definetly wont be bringing in a striker.

Im Ok with that but would love a TOP quality CM/DM.

If we sign Nuri Sahin I will be happy.(well still pissed about the fact we sold to UNITED) but..happy with the squad.

More important is question of what happens with Alex Song now? Is he really off to Barca?

And then there is Theo Walcott as well whose contract is running out next and we haven't heard anything in a while.
We would only have 2 weeks to sell him.

If we are going to reinvest after potentially selling van Persie and Walcott, I would love to see it being reinvested in someone like Wesley Sneijder. Inter is not in the Champions League and I reckon they wouldn't mind getting good cash in their financial state.

    -----------------Giroud---------------
    -----Podolski----Sneijder----Cazorla---

How awesome could this attacking formation be?
Well, the wages will be a problem so it will remain a dream...

I dunno about Song, I could understand if he does leave.

Sneidjer would be great, doesnt seem likley though.

With Modric going to Mardid they have FAR too many midfielders.

    -------Sahin---------Song---------Wilshere-------
    --------------------Carzorla----------------------
    -------------Giroud----------Podolski-------------

    or ...

    ----------Song-----------Wilshere/Arteta--------
    -------------------KAKA-------------------------
    Carzorla-----------Giroud-----------------Podolski

I think we're waiting on the Song situation. If Song leaves then we may go for M'Vila.

Do we really need Sahin? We have Arteta and Wilshere there.

Just hope that the money is used to reinvest in the team as opposed to reupholstering the seats in the directors box.

Do we NEED him? No. but he's a SUCH a classy player i think he would turn into one of the best midfielders in world football under wenger. This is a guy who was Dortmund BEST player in 2010-11 ahead of Kagawa, Goetze and Lewandowski. (The best player in all of Germany in fact)

Still only 23 tenacious and versatile. He's suffering from the same fate as Sneidjer, Van Der Vaart and Kaka have at Madrid and needs to play regularly.

My other reason for signing him is that we have NO idea when Wilshere will return back to his best.
Diaby and Roiscky... well good players but not exactly reliable.

Quality in depth is exactly what we need.
