As I see it, there are 5 clubs in danger of being in the bottom 3 alongside Wolves at the end of the season. Those 5, of course, are Villa and those below them currently. QPR have a difficult fixture list remaining and I see the possibility of QPR collecting just 7 points from their remaining matches, Swansea, W.Brom and Stoke being the main hopes for good results. I reckon that 35 points may just be enough to remain in the Premiership, although goal difference may be the clincher. What do you think? My analysis may be way out, of course, since I'm as poor a match predictor as Mark Lawrenson. (Just 6 weeks ago I predicted Wolves would stay up!!)
Five clubs in danger of relegation??? Including US??? ****, wish you'd said something earlier. We'll have to get our skates on! OR Read through the rest of our threads on here. Might be one or two opinions in that lot that might interest you.
Depend on what he thinks of anyone with non white skin! Prediction is pretty much worthless, anyone would have been deluded to think wed get 6 points off Liverpool and Arsenal. There will be more suprises but if everything goes as it should and we get the results we should, i have us staying up on GD but we all know it will never turn out as predicted.
Yes ,we might even beat ManU and then go and lose 0-3 to Swansea and get two men sent off. It's almost impossible to predict who is going down apart from wolves.
I have thought long and hard about this one. I reckon we will get somewhere between 0 and 21 points from our final 7 matches. Strangely, I reckon it is the same for all the bottom 10 clubs - except Bolton and Villa who will get somewhere between 0 and 24 points. I am sure my prediction is better than Ian Wright's, and I am no expert (unlike Wrighty).
Agreed, after the last weeks results, i dont think anyone can confidently predict the outcomes of the final maches And thats a pain in the Arris as it screws up my footbal coupon !
After having a review of the extended table. Things that are playing in our favour is that we are playing the "weaker" teams at grounds where they have not be fairing so well. Stoke and Swansea both have poor away records this year (4 wins, 3 draws and 9 defeats) whereas WBA's home record is equally as poor (4 wins 2 draws 9 defeats). Looking at that, and with the coaches doing their homework, we must try to seek 9 points there!
Yeh no problem, we are staying up. Will be sorted at the Bridge. Dowie reckons we'll have trouble on our tight pitch with Stoke but we'll be safe by then. With Dowie's logic Swansea will be easier. So we'll beat Swansea, WBA, Spuds, and Citeh, plus draw at Man U. And we going to beat Chelsea twice, Mum's got the akevit on ice.
You'd have thought of all the 'experts' one of our ex-managers would know that our pitch isn't tight at all.
He said our pitch was tighter than a ------- -------- tonight, and predicted with Curbishly that we'll go down. So now I'm feeling positively elated again! We're staying UP!
It's the myth that keeps on giving. If I were a pundit I'd like to imagine I'd at least do some research. I haven't seen this link on here before. It gives a 360 degree stadium view from various points including the centre circle. http://www.premierleague.com/en-gb/clubs/profile.stadium.html/qpr
Dowie the clueless muppet, how did Flabio put it"This guy's a ****ing hooligan,he's going to get us relegated".Priceless!
I think our pitch is only 1m narrower than the emirates. Its interesting to note the psychology of the players. They feel the crown right on them and assume they have a smaller pitch, less time etc. Its something me must keep with a new stadium. We dont want the 1st row 10 yards away from the touchline.
