We could do with 10 points from those games to keep us ahead of the point per game average. That should be possible but we might have to be a bit more adventurous to achieve it.
There are a few games there you could win but as Hampshire says these could turn into draws or worse if you are too defensive. Which would allow the teams below you to close the gap. I think you will get a minimum of 5 poss 8 pts
A lot of these games are won or lost before a ball is kicked, Cardiff now play like a team that believe they can take any one on. I'm looking for 10+ but would not be surprised to get 15.

December is always an important month and come January you can see a definite shape to the table and also usually the start of the managerial casualties for those in the bottom group

People were saying the same about November with the likeliest win supposedly at the Villa. 4 points out of 9, and if we could (but will be hard) nick a point tomorrow then November would have been a decent month. OP is not wrong though, December will see 18 points up for grabs with points potential in all games, especially the games versus lower half teams.
