And you could replace Fabio with pretty much any player in the world and it would still work <ok>

    Can we? Yes
Will we? Not sure this season. Jose will need to fix a few problems in the squad and maybe convert a few players round to his way of thinking.
And also stop loaning out our best players would help.

My money is on City this year.

I can see some people furiously rowing back ...<whistle>

After all the clamour about employing the great and "special" one to lead you to all sorts of triumphs, and laughing at United for employing "modest" Moyes, we suddenly have doubt among the Chavs about Maureen leading the club to certain glory...<laugh>

the Chavs have been struggling lately...against unfancied opposition. Yesterday's win was flattering to the Chavs. At one point it could have gone either way and were it not for a defender's and GK's mistake, Norwich would have earned a deserved point at least.

As to the loaning of your best players, loan Lukaku and Moses and keep Torres <laugh>

Has Maureen been found to be the emperor with no clothes?...<whistle>

Nonsense. No Chelsea fans just assumed he'd come back and win the league off the bat. But in the long run, we're much happier to have Jose than Rafa or Moyes (as no doubt you would be if you were honest).

Norwich could have earned a point as could have Sunderland. That's football, class normally prevails.

I dont think many Chelsea fans assumed Jose would walk in and win us the title straight away as he did last time.
    Who exactly said this?

We are 3rd, 2 points from the top, hardly a crisis.
The only dodgy result we have had is the Basel one in the CL.
Other than that we have lost away to Everton (always a bogey ground for us to play at), and drawn at OT and WHL, against the Champions and top 4 contenders.
I dont see how this is struggling?

I remember most Chelsea fans saying Utd will struggle....to which they have been proven correct. To lose 3 of the first 7 games is pretty bad, but then again you have had a pretty hard start so we will see, but I think top 4 and one of the cups will be the best Utd can hope for this year.
I think Chelsea will challenge for the title, and may win it, but I wouldnt say we are certs by a long shot. City have a better squad and Arsenal are looking tasty at the minute.
