Cant see the FA taking any action retrospectively as the referee booked him for the escapade which saw the Arsenal reduced to 10 men. Even if his actions were worthy of a red. You know as well as I that the FA rarely if ever ask the referee to have a second look. I expect the numb-nut to be lining up come Saturday.
yeah he def is one of there best thats why i hope some ****er marks him this time and gets stuck into the little prick think vaughn might be the best man for the job like!!
im not to sure i know it was his first game and he was only on 20 mins, but in germany he looked rusty as ****, i wouldnt like him to come into a derby match lacking match fitness on his debut...
Not sure how fit tiote will be and he is the worry for me. He was hobbling about at the end of the game like. Gosling had a good pre season like so will prob come in for us tiote is out. Not even thinking about it yet like. Going grey enough as it is.
whats up with tiote like?? heard nowt about him being injured, but from what i read about him from you guys, he is what makes you tick!
Jarra, Tiote & Catts are both yellow card magnets. No doubt there will be a coming together at some stage. Wonder what the odds on a red for any side are?
I reckon if Barton, tiote and catts all play, the chance of a red card is very good. Aye tiote got some treatment towards the end of the game and was limping badly at one stage. We had used all our subs so counldnt change him. If it was serious you ould think that they would of hauled him off regarless though but I haven't heard anything about him so no news is good news for us on that respect I suppose.
Why would Barton not be playing? He got what he deserved on Saturday, a yellow card. Whole thing has been blown out of all proportion because its him. Same with Song, not a stamp at all, just stood on his calf to wind him up. Not a nice side of football but it happens, just gamesmanship. Once again it just shows a lot of the poeple commenting (press etc)have never played football in their life. I've lost count of the number of times I've had people stand on legs, toes etc to wind me up. Also lost count the number of times I've seen people grab each other by the shirts for a bit argy bargy. People need to realise its professional sport and you'll always get this kind of stuff. You'd think there'd actually have been some violence on Saturday. In reality we have one guy standing on someones calf (doesn't hurt much), someone grabbing someone by the shirt (doesn't hurt at all) and a bit of slap which although is a red card, hardly violent!
no he should have been red carded no matter if it's barton or not you cant man handle a player for being fouled (barton has even said it was a foul) but it was a simple question all i wanted to know was is anything happening to him because of saturday!! as were playing you on saturday and he is one of your better players!! if we were playing arsenal i would want to know if anything was happening to song.. dont need your opinion of the incident because i seen the match myself ...
I can answer that one, he assaulted a player by grabing him and pulling him of the floor, he then (admitted) cheated the ref. He should have walked.
People will always give opinions on here mate, kind of goes with the territory, being a forum and all that. Obviously you don't welcome my view as Newcastle supporter, fair enough everyone to their own.
