QPR’s return to the Premier League against Hull City this Saturday will be refereed by Sheffield official Craig Pawson, who made his top flight debut last season.

You'd think with it being their job, they'd remain professional and neutral..

 

Howard Webb was/is from Yorkshire. Why did he favour man utd? :s damn him! He should have given us the league

He didn't make a name for himself so he must have been OK

 

Never heard of him which can only be a good thing.

 

He's young and trying to make his way. It, like all PL games are recorded if not shown live, so many cameras, so many ways for people to point out how badly you've done, so no, I do not think he will be biased.

I think he'll be professional and try to ref a game of football while dealing with players who cheat and lie and scream, plus managers doing the same, while thousands of fans all do the same, all also while having every second of his performance filmed, scrutinised and critiqued.

I know some of them are twats, but honestly, I wouldn't wanna do it. Imagine having your day at work filmed in the same way.
