Same here. I put four of them out last night as the people in my block of flats are lazy. I left a message on the front door telling them to put out the other two as they are both full as well. Only one was put out!! I give up, some people are just tossers. Bins and rubbish all over the streets. Reminds me of London.
My wheelie bins were all over my garden this morning ... Had to tie them togther before I left for work!
