Superb impact sub performance from the big man. But for De Gea's great save he could have had a goal and he looked a real threat.

Are we going to let him got this summer? If he keeps playing like this i hope not.

If he carries on like that, he'll be pushing Holt.<ok>

TBH i had written him off but once again this squad throws up another surprise. Do you think Lambert is lining him up with Holt to outmuscle Stoke?

I honestly never thought I'd see the day when I said the words 'Man Utd's back four couldn't cope with Wilbraham' but today I did.

He was brilliant, held the ball up well, hassled defenders, had a couple of shots, in all he did everything we expect from Holt and Morison.

People have hated Wilbraham for a long time and he has never done anything wrong. Bar his age, he is a useful asset and I still think he offers the club something, so no I don't think we will get rid of him.

For whatever reason, these last few weeks, Morison has appeared to have grown an attitude problem! Paul Lambert will not stand for that!

If he has a legitimate reason for his behaviour, it should be left at the gate when he comes to work! If he can't perform at his highest level for us, then he is no good to us!

The thing @ Wilbraham is you know he will give 110%, with Morison its a lottery and he appears ****ing lazy

I can't be bothered to enter the Morison debate again, but I know for a fact that Wilbrahamovic always offers 100% and is an asset to this football club. However, I heard rumours that people booed him as he came on today which is a disgrace - it's never going to help the player, so why do it? I remember people gave Jackson the same response at this time last season and we would never have been promoted without him, so I think people need to show a little more respect to the players who represent our football club. Hopefully Wilbraham will end the season in a similar way to that of Jackson 12 months ago.

That wasn't aimed at anyone on here, by the way. Also, I realise it's not brilliantly written, but I've had a long day, so excuse me. :)

I heard those rumours as well, mainly on canary call. I don't think they were aimed at Wilbraham, I think they were aimed at Hernandez who was being substituted at the same time and taking an absolute age to come off

Here Here. They all remain squad players, even Morison despite his detractors and while they are "ours", they are Kings as far as I'm concerned. So lets not bump up Wilbraham at the expense of any other player please.

If you remember a certain mr Grant Holt was left on the bench when we played ManU at old trafford because he was out of form. Look at him now. Whatevers going on all i'm sure of is Morison is a good player. Wilbraham is a tryer and i'll always rate his effort, more power to him.

Brilliant game for him today. I've always said that people don't see what good he does for the team. He's not a goalscorer but he holds the ball up brilliantly. If he can keep that sort of performance up then he will be creating a great problem for Lambert.

my only gripe with our squad at the moment was the feeling that we didnt have anyone who could get a good powerful shot off from outside the area. Never realised we already had him in Wilbraham! Took Gea's best performance to deny him.

I agree a lot of leeds fans told me that Johnson would be loving to do that, but he got lucky against blackburn with his only real shot from outside the area of note. If Fox could get it into his game that would be ideal. People also told me Howson likes to get a shot away but i'm not sure what to expect!
