It's a game we can win, Wigan are a bit of a bogey team (away anyway)

Point would not be the end of the world but I would hope for 3 as that would possibly only leave us looking for one more win and sitting on 36 points.

Wigan are so unpredictable it's hard to call. Based on form, we should do well. But with their style of play who knows?

Looking forward to this game very much, quite a lot of chat about it on the way to the game, at the game, and on the way back from the game.

Wigan often our Bogey team, they always seem to manage to pull something out of the hat.
If Cabaye is injured for the weekend, and obviously we're without Colo, we need to pull out all the stops, Lawro has Wigan to take all three points...<wah>

I think we'll nick this, but let's not forget that last week Wigan beat a strong Everton side 3-0 at Goodison.

Lawros gone for a 2-1 Wigan win, so there's some good news.

2-1 defeat. I thought we looked a bit leggy last night. They pass and keep the ball, are at home, were good against Everton and always close the season out well. Depends on Pardew, I think he needs to freshen us up. I'd be looking at the likes of Simpson, Perch, Gouffran, Bigi, maybe even Obertan. We have to accept that we have been playing a lot of games.

Tough game this one as it's Wigan's " beat every bugger in the league " time of the year. I agree with WP and feel Pardew should look to freshen things up and make a few changes, personally I'd be inclined to have a right go at Wigan from the off.

Not really, Wigan might have bribed him to say that, hoping for the reverse Lawro prediction effect.

Anyway, if anybody's going to the game, I'll be there at least an hour before ko, so if you fancy going for a drink we could meet up at the best watering hole you know of.

I think Marveaux should be given a start for this one. He deserves it for the way he has played in the last few games.

By the way, I hope it isn't a 4:00 pm KO at SJP, I've already paid for my coach ticket to see the game at the DW Stadium in Wigan.

As long as we set up correctly (unlike last year) I think we'll get something - at least we've got a few to go back in who didn't play (Gouffran, Debuchy etc)
