Just tried again now 8.55pm and still timing out, who do you host with? I’d imagine you have shared hosting and someone is draining resources

 

Just looked it up, Heart Internet and then saw this tweet:

“We’ve identified an internal network issue is the cause of the service disruption. We are working to isolate the issue. This is strictly an internal network issue and has not impacted customer data.”

Thanks for the feedback. I've used them for over 5 years now and created one at work using the same format. I don't really know much about the hosting side to be honest and have just renewed my web address with them for another 5 years.

I know everytime there are updates I have to deactivate then activate the nextgen gallery but can't remember why the conflict started. It works by doing this so just carry on
